City Heights,  431 South 7th Street, Minneapolis

City Heights is contiguous with the Centre Village Complex (see entry).  Although the living units are uncommonly small (some with only 429 square feet) outside parts of large urban areas such as Manhattan, prices are equally low and quite reasonable.  Because City Heights connects with Centre Village, residents enjoy amenities such as a rooftop pool-deck and lounge area with a lovely view and being connected to the Downtown skyway system.
