Corridor Flats,  2929 21st Avenue South, Minneapolis

Corridor Flats is located near the historic intersection of Hiawatha and Lake which was once a thriving streetcar corner dotted with Ma & Pa shops.  It is now near the lightrail (which offers frequent service to Downtown, the airport, and the Mall of America), has a Target acting as a one-stop shop, and boasts a lofty overpass which gives a modern feel to the entire neighborhood.  Living units are modest in size, but by no means are they crowded or confining.  The building offers amenities such as enclosed parking and balconies are found in most units.
