First Avenue Flats,  2530-32 First Avenue South, Minneapolis

First Avenue Flats was constructed in the early 1960's, yet due to recent renovations the building and living units have taken on a classic and timeless feel.  The building is one block from the Art Institute, College of Art and Design and Eat Street, a cleverly named section of Nicollet Avenue known for its countless ethnic food restaurants.  The location offers very easy access via car or public transportation to Downtown.  Living units are fairly priced for their size which is about 1,000 square feet in floor area .
